What do you do if your best frend is moving 2mrw & you dont wna see her bc it will hurt to much?

My all time best frend who lives down tha street from me is now moving so far from me & im gna miss her alot but i dnt wna see her b4 she leaves bc its gna hurt me to see my best frend leave me and go across the U.S
