Can I get into grad school?

I'm about to graduate and I'm really worried about my performance during my (many) years in college. Will it look bad that it took me like 5 years just to earn a BA in Biology (I minored in CJ and Military Science)? Not to mention my GPA is less than desirable, I'm looking at a about a 2.8 or higher when it's all said and done. I had 2 semesters that really did some damage to my then decent GPA. It may be dreaming, but eventually I want to go into pathology or toxicology. I'm afraid with my work as an undergrad I have no hopes. The only experience I have are some lab techniques and I'm currently working in an Ecology lab revising an ant genus with a PhD candidate and I did literature surveys on an animal in the Chihuahuan desert. Is all hope lost? right now I would like to try and attend Baylor--in Houston, TX..... Help!
