How do I go about starting my own cooking cles?

I am a trade sous Chef, and have both NVQ2&3 in Catering and was thinking about starting up my own cooking cles. I am not sure how to get started and not even sure where the cles could take place ect. I guess maybe a local hall with a kitchen. Does anyone know how I could get started. Thank You:)
