What are some good quotes from the book Seabiscuit?

I'm working on a summer project for a literature cl at my university and I'm doing my report on the book Seabiscuit. The report is about symbolism, and to show this I'm going to use around 30 quotes from the book that represent the full breadth of the novel; including symbolism, foreshadowing and any other kind of significance. I've been working for a while and have come up with about 10 quotes but I need some more..if you could give me some guidance on this or any quotes, that would be awesome! I need about 15-20 more.
