Does he like me or not?!?

ok so when we hangout he would give me a hug then we would just hangout then i went to my friends house and there was a frozened pond so all 5 of us were playing on it and he wanted me to go on his back while being on the ice....after tht we played manhunt and he chose me to be on his team..then when is was time for them to go home he gave me a hug goodbye...like 2 weeks later we would talk on face book and he would say tht he likes my pro pic and he gave me his number then he started saying like how he got bigger muscles and we talked from 9.p.m. till like 11.p.m. and then hes said bye talk to u tomorrow<3 so does this mean he likes me?
