Hey what are bad characteristics of sphincter or rectum tearing?

ok me and my gf was playing around and she inserted 2 fingers in my rectum and this is my first time haveing anything go in and so after a few minutes she inserted two more and she said she saw a lil blood and got paranoid and went check and wiped a lil bit and saw blood it wasnt alot but it was enough to cause concern and also i am in no pain just paranoid
