In Your Opinion, Why Are Is Islam Left Out of the Term "Judeo-Christian"?

Since Judaism, Christianity, and Islam all come from the same beginning, worship the same deity, and share many of the same figures in their religious texts, why is the term Judeo-Christian so common, but not Judeo-Christo-Islamic, or something similar? Thanks for your thoughts.
