What's your opinion on Moral Nihilism?

I do not agree with it because I feel that if consciousness exists in human beings, than so can other ambiguous feelings. Morality may not be definite -- but we have a conscience which can usually tell the difference between right and wrong. Some people might say that it differs from person to person, as do aesthetics, but I argue that even though it might differ slightly by culture, there are underlying core values that we should all accept.
