Why am I getting a error 404 for DSW.com?

I love DSW shoe site but, I haven't been able to access it--at all for months now. The site comes up but, says page unavailable?? I keep getting e-mail promotions and click those links as well as type it in the url bar and have done searches! It must be my computer...did I inadvertantly check something or what. Any help would be appreciated!
