So why do we ask complete strangers for parenting advice? Are we that stupid? Where are our friends/families?

For one, some people can't take advice from people they love. Also, no one is trying to IMPOSE anything on you if you asked first..... they're just giving you ideas. no one is saying that you HAVE to do it. plus sometimes its just nice to see how different people do things. there are a lot of diversity on YA and it's just food for thought to see how other people do things sometimes. if it's not for you it's not for you. but there's no need to come on here and call others clueless... that was rude. so peace out friend and good luck to ya!
