Is dermaroller good for acne scars and skin undulations.wat do u Recommend for dark circulars?

i have got 6-7 cyst on my cheeks i have got them ejected.know acne scars and pores(undulations) are the on my face.my skin specialist sugessted me dermaroller.Is tat workable.How many seatings are required.and wat are the approx. charges/seating.is there any side effect.
