Im going to buy GH: World Tour for the 360, is it ok to haggle?

and Im probably going to buy it at best buy or circuit city, and I was wondering, since the whole world is in a bad economic situation right now, Is it ok if I haggle the price from 203$ (after taxes) to about 195$ or lower?
