I haven't had my period! URGENT?

This is completely normal. Your sister probably just developed before you so hang in there. Also they white/yellow stuff is discharge but you have it for about 6 months to two years before you get your first period. The cramps you are getting are supposed to be in your stomach not down there. You probably wont start it for another couple of months to a year.
