I'm 13 and want a nose job?

I had really good looks like 11 months ago, I was stunningly handsome but then my nose grew ALOT bigger. Don't even ask me how because I don't know how a small,cute perfect nose could turn into a large bendy, pointy one. I have no clue how the hell that can possibly happen in the space of a year but it did. People comment on how my looks have changed so quickly. Last year I was the envy of everyone but now things have changed. I feel if I get a nose job once again I will have the looks I had back then. This is the only flaw on my face and its got to be fixed because my nose is REALLY pretty damn big. Should I get the nose-job this summer, I will swap the surgery for my birthday and my dad will pay for it. So what do you think, should I go ahead with it, it will make me SO MUCH more confident, like tons more of confidence...
