Help what does it mean when Error Internal Error comes up when i am trying to buy a movie ticket?

If it comes up on the web page it means that there's an error on the site and you'll have to try later. If it's a popup it means that there's an error in your computer, and we'd need the whole message to tell you what's wrong and what to do.
