Help medical baseball problems?

ok well i am the best pitcher on my baseball team and letely i have been getting bad blisters on my pitching fingers and i have them all over with a cracked finger nail which is infected under do you think i could pitch if not do you think i could play i play shortstop and third and bat 2nd it hurts real bad
