Are there any MMORPG's similar to WoW in Combat?

OK NOW FIRST OFF: please dont just list off random MMORPGS. I'm looking for a game where you can MOVE while attacking. makes it seem more dynamic. For example, you cannot move while atking in Cabal and perfect world. (they're still pretty good though). Are there any games out there where you have more dynamic combat than just clicking single skills? where you can move around when attacking!? (Note: Runes of Magic is one such game, that i've already burnt through)
