Am i safe to drink this weekend?

It would be wise to learn how to party without drinking so much. My brother-in-law died 3 years ago from liver failure due to alcohol. He was only 45. It is a very nasty way to go. First major symptom was his hands got red and cracked (like a rash), then in the days just before he died, he got jaundice, lost control of his bowels, kidney failure, lungs filled with fluid and major internal bleeding because the liver helps produce blood clotting agents. I was with him in his final moments. It was very sad as he was very popular and well loved. The hospital was swarming with people who wanted to pay their respects in his final hours.
