Am i doing ok, in order to lose 20 lbs in 5 or 6 weeks?
I think your activity is great...however you are not eating enough. You will gain more weight back the minute you eat something normal. I lost 10 lbs in three weeks by exercising an hour and a half (vigorously) in the morning and also at night. I ate special K for breakfast (1 cup measured) A fat free yogurt and a piece of fruit for a snack. Then for lunch I would have a slim fast shake and a small salad or fruit. I would eat another small snack in the afternoon. Then for dinner I would have a piece of grilled chicken and steamed veggies. Jello for dessert (sugar free). Drink LOTS of water also this helps. I did the Firm workout. I swear by it!! It takes forever to get it you buy it on line but Target sells it if you have one near you. Good luck and dont starve yourself!!
